They are the following: Alisa, Asuka, Claudio, Hwoarang, Jun, Kazuya, Kuma, Law, Lee, Leo, Leroy, Lili, Nina, Panda, Reina, Xiaoyu, Yoshimitsu and Zafina. For the rest you can just spam 2+3.
