This customization recreates Paul Phoenix's classic Player 2 biker outfit from TEKKEN 3. The original design features a black short-sleeved leather biker outfit with shoulder pads, a white high-neck undershirt, black fingerless gloves, black pants with orange flame designs on the thighs, knee protection, and dark brown biker boots. One of its most recognizable details is the large flaming skull design on the back of his jacket. Paul also retains his signature tall blond flat-top hairstyle. This outfit is an updated version of his biker costume from TEKKEN 1 and TEKKEN 2, with additional protective details. This version also appears in TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 1.

The TEKKEN 8 recreation uses a black short-sleeved shirt with a black leather biker vest, dark pants, black gloves, knee pads, and brown biker boots. The vest features a large orange flame design with a skull and Paul Phoenix's name on the back, closely representing the original flaming skull artwork. The main differences are the modern vest design, additional straps and patches on the pants, and the absence of the original orange flame patterns on the thighs. The recreation preserves the overall black biker appearance and the important fire-themed details of his TEKKEN 3 costume.

The outfit was recreated entirely using TEKKEN 8's standard in-game customization options, without using mods, Tekken Coins, Tekken Shop items, or items unlocked through online matches or the Tekken Fight Lounge.
