This final entry showcases Paul Phoenix's default outfits from TEKKEN 8, completing his costume evolution throughout the TEKKEN series. His main outfit features a weathered brown leather jacket with patches, shoulder armor, rope details, a burgundy shirt, faded blue jeans, protective knee pads, and heavy boots. A second version features a bright red leather jacket with darker pants, while his third outfit is a stylish dark blue suit with pink checkered lines, a white shirt, and a red tie. These outfits highlight Paul's rugged personality while introducing a more modern appearance.

One of the biggest changes in TEKKEN 8 is Paul's hairstyle. Instead of his famous tall blond flat-top, he now has longer blond hair that falls naturally around his forehead and the sides of his face, with a loose, side-parted style reaching toward his chin.
