This customization recreates Paul Phoenix's classic black karate gi from the original TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT. The outfit features a sleeveless dark charcoal-black karate gi with rough, torn edges, matching pants with frayed cuffs, a red belt, black fighting gloves, and bare feet with white ankle wraps. A red symbol appears on the chest, adding a distinctive detail to the dark outfit. Paul also retains his signature tall blond flat-top hairstyle and facial hair, reflecting his more mature appearance during this period of the TEKKEN series.

The TEKKEN 8 recreation closely follows the original design with a dark sleeveless karate gi, matching pants, a red belt, black fighting gloves, and white open-toed foot wraps. The torn edges of the sleeves and pants help match the original costume, while the red chest symbol and belt preserve its recognizable color combination. The main differences are the additional black forearm wraps, the more detailed fabric, and the modern design of the footwear.
