The ankle-length dress has an off-the-shoulder neckline, a high slit exposing her left leg, and colorful embroidery depicting a bird among cherry blossoms along the opposite side. The design is complemented by long red evening gloves, sheer brown stockings, red high heels, and her signature short, dark bob hairstyle. Anna retained this classic costume in TEKKEN 2, with a subtle change to the direction of the embroidered bird design, preserving the elegant appearance established in her debut.

This TEKKEN 8 customization recreates the recognizable red color scheme and dramatic silhouette of Anna's original costume while introducing a more elaborate modern interpretation. The recreation features a long, flowing red skirt with decorative yellow, blue, and green accents, a sheer red-patterned bodice, prominent dark red feather embellishments around the shoulders and wrists, and matching red high heels. Anna's short, dark bob hairstyle closely resembles her original appearance. Unlike the simple strapless satin dress and long gloves of the classic design, this version uses a more revealing, intricately decorated upper section, feathered accessories, and red ornamental patterns along the exposed leg. Although the clothing and embroidery differ noticeably from the original, the recreation captures the distinctive red palette, asymmetrical silhouette, and glamorous fighting style associated with Anna's earliest appearances.

The outfit was recreated entirely using TEKKEN 8's standard in-game customization options, without using mods, Tekken Coins, Tekken Shop items, or items unlocked through online matches or the Tekken Fight Lounge.
