Yoshimitsu's outfit in TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT features a distinctive golden samurai design that combines traditional Japanese warrior elements with mechanical armor. The original costume includes a gold-colored helmet with a broad, flattened crest, a partially concealed face, metallic chest and shoulder protection, and armored forearms. A bright red waist sash contrasts with the loose dark-blue trousers, which feature decorative patterns near the knees. Golden shin guards and armored footwear complete the appearance, giving Yoshimitsu a striking combination of traditional samurai clothing and futuristic protection.

This TEKKEN 8 recreation captures the original costume's golden armor, red accents, blue trousers, and armored lower legs. The recreation features an elaborate gold-toned helmet, sculpted metallic chest and shoulder protection, detailed blue trousers with gold patterns, and protective shin guards. A dark flowing cloth and green-bladed sword add further visual details. Although the helmet shape, armor construction, and decorative elements differ from the original TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT design, the recreation preserves its recognizable gold-and-blue color scheme and samurai-inspired appearance.

The outfit was recreated entirely using TEKKEN 8's standard in-game customization options, without using mods, Tekken Coins, Tekken Shop items, or items unlocked through online matches or the Tekken Fight Lounge.
