Yoshimitsu's Player 1 outfit in the original TEKKEN features a distinctive futuristic samurai design, combining white and silver armor with red outlines and mechanical detailing. The costume includes a red helmet with prominent white horns, angular shoulder and arm protection, segmented leg armor, and metallic footwear. A similar design later appeared as Yoshimitsu's Player 2 outfit in TEKKEN 4, revisiting his original armored appearance with updated details.

This TEKKEN 8 recreation pays tribute to the original design through its silver and white armor, red accents, armored limbs, and Japanese sword. Although the recreation features a more elaborate horned mask, decorative patterns, flowing red fabric, and additional armor details, it preserves the original costume's recognizable color scheme and futuristic samurai inspiration. The result is a modern interpretation rather than an exact reproduction of the simpler TEKKEN 1 model.

The outfit was recreated entirely using TEKKEN 8's standard in-game customization options, without using mods, Tekken Coins, Tekken Shop items, or items unlocked through online matches or the Tekken Fight Lounge.
